1. Purpose
This page explains how a registered user can request deletion of their Sendzoy account or workspace data controlled by the Platform. Sendzoy is a product by Ahanya IT Solutions. This is a user-data-deletion instruction page for product and Meta App Review discoverability. It does not create an automated self-serve deletion button or API callback.
2. How to submit a deletion request
Send a deletion request using the published support contact method shown on this site (email, phone, or address from Platform Info when configured). Prefer contacting Support from your registered account email whenever possible so ownership can be matched.

3. What your request should include
- A clear statement that you are requesting account and/or workspace data deletion.
- The registered account email.
- The workspace/organization name (or other identifier) you want deleted.
- Whether the request applies to a single workspace, multiple workspaces, or the full user account where applicable.
4. Verification before processing
Identity and/or workspace ownership verification may be required before any deletion is processed. Support may ask for confirmatory details to reduce the risk of unauthorized deletion requests.
5. Data that may be deleted
Where a verified request is accepted, deletion may cover applicable account and workspace data controlled by this Platform, including contacts, messaging-related workspace data, templates, campaigns, conversations/messages stored in-product, and related operational workspace records where applicable.
6. Records that may be retained
Some billing records, transaction ledger entries, invoices, subscription history, audit logs, security logs, fraud-prevention records, or other legally required records may need to be retained where applicable, even after workspace content is removed.
7. Meta / WhatsApp data boundary
Data controlled by Meta / WhatsApp (including Business account records, template review history, delivery/quality systems, and other Meta-side processing) is subject to Meta’s own systems and policies. That data may not be directly deletable by this Platform.
8. Timing
Deletion is handled manually after verification. This Platform does not promise instant deletion and does not publish a fixed completion SLA on this page. Support will communicate progress for verified requests as processing allows.
