1. Scope
This policy covers cancellations and refund expectations for Sendzoy platform subscription / plan fees and messaging balance credits. Sendzoy is a product by Ahanya IT Solutions. It does not cover Meta’s own WhatsApp fees charged by Meta.
2. Free plan
If you start on the Free plan, there is no platform subscription fee to refund. Creating a Free workspace is not a paid trial product.
3. Platform subscriptions
Paid platform plans may be activated after payment is recorded (including manual offline activation by a platform administrator when gateways are not connected). Cancellations stop future paid renewals according to the subscription status recorded in the product; they do not automatically reverse completed paid periods unless the operator agrees in writing.
Refund requests for platform fees are evaluated case by case. There is no automatic cooling-off refund guarantee published for all purchases.
4. Messaging balance
Messaging balance is prepaid usage credit for outbound sends. Once balance is consumed by charges recorded in the messaging ledger (including successful Meta-accepted sends), those amounts are generally non-refundable.
If a charged outbound message later fails in a way the product refunds via its failure-refund logic, the ledger may credit the workspace automatically. Unused balance is not a bank deposit and is not interest-bearing.
5. How to cancel or request a review
Use product plan/billing screens where available, or contact Support using the configured contact details. Include your workspace name, invoice references, and whether the request relates to platform fees or messaging balance.
6. Meta-related outcomes
Meta rejection of templates, accounts, or business verification is not by itself a Platform refund event. Delivery failures caused by recipient status, policy blocks, or Meta network conditions follow Meta and product ledger rules described above.
