WhatsApp connection and messaging issues

Embedded Signup connection problems, template sync/submit errors visible in the product, campaign send failures, Live Chat delivery statuses, and opt-out behavior.

If Meta rejects a Business account, verification, template, or enforces messaging limits, that decision sits with Meta. Platform Support can share product-side logs and next diagnostic steps, but cannot approve Meta reviews on your behalf.
