What does Meta control?
Meta controls WhatsApp Business account approval, business verification, template review, delivery, quality ratings, messaging policy limits, and related WhatsApp platform decisions. Sendzoy helps you connect and operate tools but cannot override Meta decisions.
What is the difference between the platform plan and messaging balance?
Platform plan fees cover SaaS access and plan limits. WhatsApp outbound usage is tracked with a separate prepaid messaging balance ledger. Meta may also apply its own WhatsApp charges outside this product’s plan fee.
Can I start with a Free plan?
Yes. New workspaces can start on the Free plan when registration is enabled. You can create an account without a credit card and upgrade later when you need higher limits.
How are paid plans activated today?
Where payment gateways are not connected, platform administrators may record offline payments and activate subscriptions manually. That method does not create additional payment-processor warranties.
Does Sendzoy support campaigns?
Yes. Active plans that enable campaigns allow template management, Meta template sync/submit, and campaign/broadcast sends, subject to your plan limits and permissions.
Does Sendzoy support Live Chat and agents?
Yes, when Live Chat is enabled on your plan. Teams can reply in Live Chat, review Chat History, assign or transfer conversations, and use agents with role-based access and canned replies.
Can I use multiple workspaces?
Yes. Multi-workspace support may be available according to your plan. Each workspace remains organizationally isolated by product access controls.
How does STOP / opt-out protection work?
Inbound opt-out keywords such as STOP mark contacts as opted out and block further WhatsApp outreach from the workspace according to current product rules. Customers remain responsible for lawful consent and messaging practices.
How do I request deletion of my account or workspace data?
Use the User Data Deletion Instructions page and contact Support using the published support method when available. Prefer your registered account email, identify the account/workspace, and expect identity or ownership verification. Some billing, audit, security, or Meta-controlled records may need to be retained or may not be deletable by this product.
